Training for trade
CIVB organizes training for professionals and wine influencers, in France and abroad, as part of its marketing initiatives. These training sessions address especially floorwalkers, sales associates, waiters (bars and restaurants), wine-shops owners and salespersons, etc…
Customized training (3 hours to 3 days) can be provided to answer the specific needs of each audience or point of sales.
Training will namely covers themes such as: the diversity of Bordeaux Wines, latest news from the vineyard, approachability, key figures, sales arguments, client guidance and advice.
Each training session will be supplemented with full documentation given to each participant.
