CLASSIC WINE PAIRING

A dry white wine, such as Graves Blanc is just perfect with this flavorful creamy cheese – salmon snack. The wine’s blend of Semillon and Sauvignon creates a rich textural yet crisp and refreshing wine – just perfect to compliment the richness of the ingredients, yet with a crisp spine of acidity to cut the richness.

ORIGINAL WINE PAIRING

A lighter sweet wine Bordeaux from either Loupiac or Cadillac – both unoaked, with high acidity to both compliment and contrast the creamy cheese and smoked salmon.

INGREDIENTS

- 3 thin slices of salmon
- 1 Maroilles Fauquet (cow's milk cheese)
- fresh parsley and rectangular crackers
- breadsticks

Instructions

Cut thin slices of Maroilles Fauquet Present slices of Maroilles Fauquet on the crackers

Add thin slices of salmon wrapped in a cone shape on top of the cheese Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley
