With 60% Merlot, 26% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Cabernet Franc and 6% Petit Verdot, the Larrivaux wines display both a supple structure and rich aromas of blackcurrant and liquorice. Chateau Carsin is a Finnish owned ‘new world’ winery, based in the Côtes de Bordeaux wine region. They produce a mix of fresh whites, rich reds, fruity rosé and sweet wines. Although technically ‘new world’, they have become more traditional by putting more effort to the work in the vineyards and less in the cellar. This work is heavily documented on their Instagram, with some nice filters to match!
