Stone fruit flavors with lingering notes of chamomile, butterscotch and meringue.  Polished style with a rich mouthfeel, finishing with balanced acidity in a lengthy finish. Food Pairing: Cranberry upside down cake Also Roquefort or Gorgonzola with toasted walnuts.
