Domaine de Courteillac

Vintages: 2011

Grapes come from a privileged plateau in Entre-Deux-Mers, bringing notes of black fruits, cherries, bitter chocolate, and licorice to the glass. Medium-bodied, gently framed in oak, with round tannins and a smooth, elegant finish. For a tasty pairing, try with a cocoa-based Mexican mole sauce over chicken, or more traditionally, lamb ribs.
