  • 2 basil leaves or Thai basil (purple basil)
  • Sancho peppercorns (or Sichuan peppercorns)
  • Lemon zst
  • Galanga  Bitter
  • Organic agave syrup
  • Ice cubes

In a glass :  

  • Add 3 basil leaves
  • Add about 10 peppercorns
  • Add 2–3 drops of Galanga bitter
  • Add one teaspoon of agave syrup
  • Pour 8–10 cl of Crémant
  • Add 3–4 ice cubes (do not add them before the Crémant, as they remove the bubbles)
  • Add 2 cl of tonic (or sparkling water)
  • Squeeze the lemon zest over the glass
