Recipe with a Bordeaux Crémant rosé
Ingredients
- 2 basil leaves or Thai basil (purple basil)
- Sancho peppercorns (or Sichuan peppercorns)
- Lemon zst
- Galanga Bitter
- Organic agave syrup
- Ice cubes
Recipe :
In a glass :
- Add 3 basil leaves
- Add about 10 peppercorns
- Add 2–3 drops of Galanga bitter
- Add one teaspoon of agave syrup
- Pour 8–10 cl of Crémant
- Add 3–4 ice cubes (do not add them before the Crémant, as they remove the bubbles)
- Add 2 cl of tonic (or sparkling water)
- Squeeze the lemon zest over the glass
