Recipe with a dry white Bordeaux think Entre‑Deux‑Mers, Bordeaux Blanc or Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux
Ingredients
- Shiso leaf (or tarragon if shiso is unavailable) + green cardamom
- Grapefruit zest
- Galanga Bitter
- Organic agave syrup
- Ice cubes
Recipe :
In a glass :
- Cut the shiso leaf in half and place it in the glass
- Add 3 green cardamom pods
- Add 2–3 drops of Galanga bitter
- Add one teaspoon of agave syrup
- Stir to create a flavored syrup
- Pour 8–10 cl of dry white wine
- Add 3–4 ice cubes
- Squeeze the grapefruit zest over the glass and drop it in
