Spring



  • Shiso leaf (or tarragon if shiso is unavailable) + green cardamom
  • Grapefruit zest
  • Galanga Bitter
  • Organic agave syrup
  • Ice cubes

In a glass :  

  • Cut the shiso leaf in half and place it in the glass
  • Add 3 green cardamom pods
  • Add 2–3 drops of Galanga bitter
  • Add one teaspoon of agave syrup
  • Stir to create a flavored syrup
  • Pour 8–10 cl of dry white wine
  • Add 3–4 ice cubes
  • Squeeze the grapefruit zest over the glass and drop it in
