  • Grapefruit zest
  • Ginger slices
  • Sancho peppercorns (or Sichuan peppercorns)
  • Bitters MALAGACY CHOCOLATE  
  • Ice cubes
  • Tonic  

In a glass  :  

  • Place a grapefruit zest in the glass
  • Add a thick slice of ginger  
  • Add about 10 Sancho or Sichuan peppercorns
  • Add 2–3 drops of chocolate bitter
  • Add 8–10 cl of sweet white wine and let infuse for a few minutes
  • Add 2 cl of tonic
  • Squeeze a fresh grapefruit zest over the glass for extra aroma and drop it inside
