DESCRIPTION
Recipe with a sweet white wine think Barsac or Loupiac
Ingredients
- Grapefruit zest
- Ginger slices
- Sancho peppercorns (or Sichuan peppercorns)
- Bitters MALAGACY CHOCOLATE
- Ice cubes
- Tonic
Preparation
In a glass :
- Place a grapefruit zest in the glass
- Add a thick slice of ginger
- Add about 10 Sancho or Sichuan peppercorns
- Add 2–3 drops of chocolate bitter
- Add 8–10 cl of sweet white wine and let infuse for a few minutes
- Add 2 cl of tonic
- Squeeze a fresh grapefruit zest over the glass for extra aroma and drop it inside
