Recipe whit a dry white Bordeaux think Graves or Pessac‑Léognan
Ingredients
- Homemade jasmine–verbena syrup
(2 teaspoons jasmine green tea, 3 verbena leaves, 2 teaspoons honey) - Aromatic bitters
- Ice cube
- Tonic
Recipe
- Ahead of time, make the homemade syrup (for 4 glasses): In a glass, combine 10 cl Bordeaux Graves white wine, 2 teaspoons jasmine green tea, 3 verbena leaves, 2 teaspoons honey.
- Infuse for 20 minutes.
- Laissez infuser 20 minutes
- In the glass, pour 6 cl Bordeaux Graves white wine
- Add 3 cl of your homemade syrup
- Add 3 drops of Aromatic bitters
- Add 2–3 ice cubes
- Top up with tonic
