  • Homemade syrup: Clairet / cherry tea / 2 oranges zests / 2 teaspoons honey
  • Bordeaux Clairet
  • Plum and Root beer Bitters
  • Ice cubes
  • Tonic

  • Ahead of time, make the homemade syrup (for 4 glasses) : In a glass, combine 12 cl Bordeaux Clairet, 2 teaspoons cherry tea, 2 orange zests, 2 teaspoons honey.
  • Infuse for 20 minutes.
  • In the glass, pour 6 cl Bordeaux Clairet
  • Add 3 cl of your homemade syrup
  • Add 3 drops of Plum & Root Beer bitters
  • Add 2–3 ice cubes
  • Top up with tonic
