Michel Lynch
This Sauternes, with a brilliant golden-yellow colour, seduces with its rich bouquet of ripe yellow fruits (apricot, almond) and notes of exotic fruits (mango, pineapple). On the palate, it is elegant, fresh and perfectly balanced, with lovely aromatic persistence. Ideal as an aperitif, on the rocks or with desserts, it embodies the sweetness and complexity of great Sauternes.
