Fleur Moelleux
This moelleux Bordeaux, from late-harvest Sémillon, charms with its pale golden-yellow colour and fruity nose with notes of white flowers. On the palate, it combines sweetness, freshness and lightness, with a balanced, indulgent finish. Ideal as an aperitif with foie gras, toast or fruity desserts.

History
of the estate
Fleur Moelleux is produced by Cave de Rauzan, a cooperative founded in 1933 that brings together 290 winegrowers in Entre-Deux-Mers. Established on clay-limestone soils, it focuses on traditional viticulture and strict grape selection. The cellar is known for its accessible, award-winning wines suited to a wide range of food pairings. Its quality-driven approach makes it a key player in Bordeaux moelleux wines.
