History
of the estate
Located at the highest point of the Médoc, Château La Cardonne covers 51 hectares of varied soils (gravel, clay-limestone). The estate practices sustainable viticulture (HVE3 certification) and ages its wines in barrels before a long maturation in an underground cellar known as “the Cathedral”.
