Château du Petit Puch
“This red wine from the Graves de Vayres appellation comes from a typical Right Bank blend with about 80% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc. It reveals delicious ripe red and black fruits, sometimes with spicy or smoky notes depending on the vintage. With barrel ageing (including a proportion of new oak) for around 12 months, it combines structure, tension and well-integrated tannins.”

History
of the estate
“The estate lies on a sandy-gravel terroir with south-east exposure on a plateau in Vayres, ensuring good sunshine and excellent drainage. It has adopted sustainable viticulture, certified AREA then HVE, with manual harvesting in small crates and meticulous sorting. The cellar uses temperature-controlled stainless-steel vats followed by barrel ageing to ensure finesse and ageing potential. The estate offers a high-quality wine in a still-accessible appellation, with strong potential for both pleasure and cellaring.”
