History
of the estate
Located in the heart of the village of Cérons in the Graves, Château de Cérons is an elegant 18th-century chartreuse surrounded by vines. The property benefits from a unique gravel-and-limestone terroir, ideal for producing red wines, dry whites and, above all, very fine sweet wines. Run by Xavier and Caroline Perromat, the estate promotes environmentally friendly viticulture and precise winemaking. The château combines tradition and modernity, embodying the revival of the Cérons appellation, one of Bordeaux’s most confidential.
