The 7:

  1. Infusion: combine 6oz of Bordeaux Rosé wine with a small handful of leaves of basil (crushed into your hand to release aromas), cut 3 strawberries into pieces. Add a pinch of sugar and stir to dissolve. Set aside for 30 minutes to 2 hours, strain.
  2. 2 oz infusion
  3. 2 oz Bordeaux Rosé
  4. 2 oz of tonic water
  5. Add all ingredients over ice and stir. Garnish with a strawberry or basil leaf.

Blueberry Mint Spritz:

  1. Tea infusion: Steep 1 bag of high-quality mint tea for 20 minutes in 4 oz of hot water. Remove tea bag and add a spoonful of honey, stir to dissolve. Set aside to cool.
  2. Muddle a few blueberries and a few sprigs of mint in a glass
  3. 1.5 oz of tea infusion
  4. A bar spoon of lemon juice
  5. 3 oz of Crémant
  6. Fill glass with ice and gently stir. Garnish with mint sprig.

Grapefruit Fizz:

  1. 3 oz dry white Bordeaux
  2. 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  3. ½ oz of rosemary simple syrup
  4. 1 oz sparkling water
  5. Add all ingredients over ice and stir. Garnish with grapefruit twist.

Bordeaux Twist:

  1. 4 oz Sweet Bordeaux
  2. Pour wine over ice
  3. Twist orange peel over surface of wine to release aromas
  4. Drop peel in the glass
